A stiffer chassis for more road forgiveness.
The suspension reacts even quicker to your input and the road thanks to the added stiffness that comes from an under-hood 3 point strut tower brace, and under body V-brace and an incredibly strong and lightweight carbon fiber composite in the radiator housing. The 370Z's front suspensions now uses even more strong yet lightweight aluminum components for increased responsiveness and feel.
Zero-lift aerodynamics.
Keeping the body down helps the 370Z remain stable. All Z models feature zero front lift. And if you're an enthusiast seeking every edge, you can choose the sport package that now includes a lower front chin spoiler and rear spoiler for zero rear lift.

Richly-crafted, driver obsessed: Operation Layer.
At the Operation Layer, everything is easily reached and operated: the center console controls are shaped to be easily identifiable by touch, the low center armrest cover facilitates shifting, and the "kidney-shaped" steering wheel rim fits your hands to directly connect you to the 370Z.

Richly-crafted, driver obsessed: Information Layer.
The 370Z employs a three-layer desing philosophy to make you feel completely connected the instant you sit down. From the Information Layer, you see everythin at a glance: the windshield pillar has been minimized to improve outward vision in corners, an oval steering wheel with large guages enhances viewing, and guages that adjust with the steering column optimize the view.

Smart engineering for added quickness.
To harness all 332 HP, Nissan engineers improved the design and material composites for key rotating components. The available 19" RAYS super-lightweight forged alloy wheels are nearly 20% lighter than those on the previous generation Z. And the reduced rotating mass on the lighter, incredibly strong carbon-fiber composite driveshaft helps the engine rev more quickly.

Richly-crafted, driver obsessed: Holding Layer.
The Holding Layer helps hold you in place during spirited driving with anti-slip material on the seat cushions and integrated knee pads on both sides of the center console. A uniquely bolstered driver's seat provides you enhanced support.

50/50 dynamic balance in the curves.
A nearly 50/50 dynamic weight balance acheived at the precise moment the driver accelerates out of the corner helps establish the 370Z's extremely precise handling and unique feel. To achieve better acceleration under load, the Nissan engineers have the the static ratio at 54 front/46 rear.

Lower. Wider. Lighter.
Precise weight control makes all the difference between wasting precious power and maximizing all the 370Z has to give. Shaving 8.4 mm off the overall height provides more responsive handling. And cutting 68.9 mm from the overall length improves maneuverability and, ultimately, performance.

World's first SynchroRev Match manual transmission.
World's first SynchroRev match manual transmission technology available on the Sport Package, monitors the 6-speed's clutch pedal operation, shift lever movement and vehicle speed. Shifting to a lower gear automatically "blips" the throttle to the ideal engine rpm for a smooth downshift. Smoother shifts help keep the chassis balanced, meaning the transmission delivers handling and power.

Touch-screen, voice-activated traffic control.
Navigate through congested areas easier with the available touch-screen, voice-activated Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System. *It's advance XM NavTraffic *features color coded, real time traffic advisories to help you steer clear of the gridlock.

Music Box. One hard drive. Endless joy.
The available 9.3 GB Music Box hard drive can store up to 2,900 songs, so you can download songs to the hard drive and keep your CDs back at home. This system also organizes your collection by mood, artist and song title for easy access and endless entertainment. For even more choices, the system offers the capability of playing MP3s from a CompactFlash card.
Bigger brakes, better braking
Balance doesn't just apply to cornering - the more you have, the better braking you need. To handle the most powerful Z ever are the largest brakes ever offered on a Z - available 14-inch rotors, with the gripping power of 4 piston calipers. Purpose designed ducting helps reduce fade and help provide predictable and precise stopping power.
An agressive, ultra-quick automatic transmission.
A 7-speed automatic transmission gives you the best of a manual and an automatic - a wide spread gearing for heart-pounding acceleration, while still providing imporved efficiency and quiet cruising at higher speeds. And with the automatic's steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, adding precise shifting control, you'll swear there should be a clutch pedal.

More bang for your intake buck.
A Nissan first, advanced Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL) continuously tunes valve lift and timing for a quicker response and broader torque curve, while optimizing fuel economy and reducing emissions.

332 HP. The most powerful Z ever.
The legendary Nissan VQ V6. Named one of the "10 Best Engines" by WardsAuto.com 14 times - every year of the award existance.* In the all new 370Z, the 4th generation VQ has been increased to 3.7 L for massive low-end power.
